Mixed up order and misadvertising
I have to admit, I don't go to dunkin donuts a lot, esp because almost everytime I go, it is a disappointment, and hey, it's dd, so I really don't expect a whole lot. Last time: love eggs benedict!, so I went for the promotion, the product I was served looked nothing like the advert. The egg was flat cooked in grease, instead of the formed egg that was in ad, also tasted greasy, but once again dd. I wrote it off, until this complaint. First time back. Wanted latte, couldn't have that as machine was broken. Got a bagel and salmon cream cheese to go. Asked again, while I paid, was the cream cheese salmon? OH YES! was the reply with a big grin, I tipped nicely. I get home, was the cream cheese salmon??? NO! It was not. I also got non recyclable plastic knife, I don't do plastic. So, on last two visits, maybe 2 on scale? I am now an official Starbucks fan!!!
