  • Mixed up order and misadvertising



    I have to admit, I don't go to dunkin donuts a lot, esp because almost everytime I go, it is a disappointment, and hey, it's dd, so I really don't expect a whole lot. Last time: love eggs benedict!, so I went for the promotion, the product I was served looked nothing like the advert. The egg was flat cooked in grease, instead of the formed egg that was in ad, also tasted greasy, but once again dd. I wrote it off, until this complaint. First time back. Wanted latte, couldn't have that as machine was broken. Got a bagel and salmon cream cheese to go. Asked again,... More...
